Business Travel Services Framework – Crown Prosecution Service
The Framework
Following a tender exercise conducted by Crown Prosecution Service BSI and Co-operative Travel Management (CTM) were appointed in 2008 to provide Travel and Accommodation Services.
BSI: Accommodation Services
- Accommodation (Domestic and International)
Conferencing Services
- Conferencing Services which may include (but is not limited to) the co-ordination, management, planning, resources, venue finding, booking and billing of conference requirements, in addition to responding to general conferencing queries from Customers.
CTM: Rail, Air & Ferry Booking Services
Potential users of the Framework may chose to use the combined services of both BSI and CTM for a full service contract, or alternatively may chose to contract individually for either Accommodation or Travel Services.
Whilst the Framework is primarily for the use of the Crown Prosecution Service, it is open to any other department of the UK Government or any department whose funds are granted from a Government department.
Period of Contract:
Commencement 1st May 2008 for four years.
The pricing for this contract is based on a cost-neutral, free service with a sliding scale retrospective rebate based on combined Framework spend.
