Business Travel Services Framework - Devon & Cornwall Police

The Framework

Following a tender exercise conducted by Devon & Cornwall Police Authority, BSI was appointed in October 2007 to provide services under:

Lot 4: Accommodation Services

• Accommodation (Domestic and International)

Lot 5: Conferencing Services

• Conferencing Services which may include (but is not limited to) the co-ordination, management, planning, resources, venue finding, booking and billing of conference requirements, in addition to responding to general conferencing queries from Customers.

Whilst the Framework is aimed primarily at Emergency Services, it is open to all Public Sector Bodies including Central Government Departments, Executive Agencies, Non-Departmental Public Bodies and Councils & Local Authorities.

Period of Contract: Commencement January 2008 for three years with an option to extend for up to a maximum of a further twelve months.

The pricing for this contract is based on a cost-neutral, free service with a sliding scale retrospective rebate based on combined Framework spend.
